In order for us to better devote our time and resources in working collaboratively with you and your other health care providers, we maintain a fee-for-service structure. This means we do not participate with insurance at this time.

Payment is expected at the time of service. We provide a detailed receipt, called a “superbill” which can be submitted to your insurance company as an out-of-network provider. Please consult with your insurance company for any questions prior to your visit.
